Cancellation Policy

The following policy applies to confirmed one-to-one virtual consultations.

Effective June 8, 2026

Patient Cancellations

A patient cancellation at least 24 hours before the appointment is eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.

A patient cancellation less than 24 hours before the appointment is subject to a 20% deduction, with the remaining 80% eligible for refund.

A patient no-show is not normally eligible for a refund.

Consultant or Mind Care Cancellations

If the consultant or Mind Care cancels the appointment, the patient is eligible for a full refund or may choose an alternative available slot.

Rescheduling

Each appointment may be rescheduled once by mutual agreement. Late reschedule requests may be treated under the same deduction rule as late cancellations unless Mind Care approves an exception.

Refund Processing

During the private beta, payments and refunds are reviewed and processed manually. A refund status shown in the dashboard does not replace confirmation from Mind Care that funds have been returned.
