These terms govern use of the Mind Care website, accounts, bookings, and virtual consultation services.

Mind Care connects patients with approved mental-health professionals for virtual services. Website information is educational and does not replace emergency, medical, or psychiatric care.
If you or another person may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis service instead of using this platform.
You must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, and notify Mind Care if you suspect unauthorized account access.
Consultants may not appear publicly or accept bookings until their profile and required documents have been reviewed and approved.
Bookings are subject to consultant availability and confirmation. During the private beta, bank-transfer payments are confirmed manually by Mind Care before an appointment is treated as paid.
Do not send payment to an individual consultant unless Mind Care has provided written instructions through an official channel.
You may not misuse the service, impersonate another person, upload unlawful material, interfere with platform security, or attempt to access another user's records.
